executive search and supporting recruitment services for Non-Executive appt

The Purpose of this procurement was to find a supplier to provide a range of recruitment support functions, including in relation to: (i) executive search; (ii) pre-assessment; (iii) promoting our roles and helping identify a talent pipeline; and (iv) other support services. The 'other support services' include, on request: a) potentially supporting some external advertising; b) providing alternative formats for recruitment material; c) helping offer reasonable adjustments for candidates; d) potentially arranging other forms of assessment (e.g. media assessments), and e) providing career/future application advice to some candidates.
