The Purpose of this procurement was to find a supplier to provide a range of recruitment support functions, including in relation to: \(i\) executive search; \(ii\) pre-assessment; \(iii\) promoting our roles and helping identify a talent pipeline; and \(iv\) other support services\. The 'other support services' include, on request: a\) potentially supporting some external advertising; b\) providing alternative formats for recruitment material; c\) helping offer reasonable adjustments for candidates; d\) potentially arranging other forms of assessment \(e\.g\. media assessments\), and e\) providing career/future application advice to some candidates\.
