Description
To provide independent research and expertise to support the Cabinet Office in reviewing its respect and inclusion policies, processes and practices. The Authority requested an amendment to the contract in order to complete the review which will focus on Respect and Inclusion and review Cabinet Office policies and the timeliness and effectiveness of formal and informal processes to deal with complaints, ensure early and effective resolution, and build trust and confidence in the outcomes. Time extension; the extension took place from 3rd February 2022 and will expire on the 30th June 2022 The contract value will uplift to £100,500.00 excluding VAT which is a 5.79% increase and no further charges will incur.
