Residential Design Guide for the City

Description

The service wishes to procure consultancy services to assist with the preparation of a residential design guide for the city. The adopted Liverpool Local Plan includes policy in respect of design, residential design and householder development. Further detailed guidance is required to supplement the Local Plan to set clear standards and requirements in respect of residential design to ensure the delivery of high quality placemaking and urban design in the City that delivers positive outcomes for the City's neighbourhoods and is befitting of a world class City.
