## Description

Kent and Medway CCGs wished to procure communication support for the Kent and Medway Sustainability and Transformation Programme\. The selected provider communications team will provide support until December 31 2018 and handover to an internal team once established\. An option for an extension to 31 March 2018 may be available if required\. The CCGs / STP were assisted by NHS Commercial Solutions in the procurement element of this tender\.
