Establish a framework of contractors that provide a quality service, whilst also providing best value in delivering projects across a range of disciplines and Clients\. This framework will comprise of the following categories and sub divided into value bands stated below\. Prefabricated Buildings - Works to be carried out include but are not limited to; Supply, Deliver and Install New Units \(fully compliant with current legislation\) Supply, Deliver and Install Refurbished Units \(fully compliant with current legislation\) Associated works to include but not limited to; Groundworks Drainage Mechanical Electrical External Works Band 1 – Up to £2,000,000
