## Description

The Homes and Communities Agency \(HCA\) is seeking interest from selected property consultants with commercial expertise as well as knowledge of and an established presence in the Enterprise M3 LEP area\. The appointed consultant will be required to undertake support the delivery of the Employment Land at Louisburg Barracks\.
