Full details of the scope of works and advice are in the notice on the GOV.UK Contract Finder website and can also be found at http://www.crowthornepc.org.uk/ - in summary:- Crowthorne Parish Council (CPC) seeks quotations for the removal and disposal of the existing tarmac, resurfacing and remarking of parking bars in its car park and raising of sunken drains and subsided areas of tarmac at the Morgan Recreation Ground, Lower Broadmoor Road, Crowthorne RG45 7LA and for the installation of latent provision for future Electric Vehicle Charging points. In conjunction with this project, CPC requires advice on the layout planning for the parking bays to ensure compliance with Bracknell Forest Council's Parking SPD whilst retaining the optimal number of parking bays. Tenders are invited by 1 June 2020 and should be submitted to clerk@crowthornepc.org.uk Visits to site can be arranged by phoning the Clerk on 07788 372444 although the site is open to the public at all times so can be accessed without an appointment. It is anticipated works will take place in week commencing 17 August 2020 and last 1-2 weeks although may take place sooner than that provided Council can facilitate this.
