## Description

Provision of a Rutland Information Advice and Support Service \(RIASS\) for SEND in accordance with the statutory requirements of the Children and Families Act 2014, relevant secondary legislation and the SEN Code of Practice 2015\. The service will provide an information advice and support service for children with special educational needs \(SEN\) and / or disabilities and their parents to help them understand their entitlements, the legal process for securing an EHC plan and associated issues
