## Description

Development of a series of representative highways assignments to provide an assessment of Midlands Connect's Strategic Transport Plan, integrating land use changes in future technology and expectations for changes in freight traffic\. There are also associated activities to develop visualisation tools for travel forecasts and to provide data for the calculation of carbon impacts\.
