## Description

Oxford City Council \(the Council\) is looking to award a Contract for commercial and domestic asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys including voids across its housing stock\. The services required may also include the following: • Airborne fibre monitoring for asbestos removal identified within the surveys where applicable\. • Asbestos management surveys for external elements of domestic stock to a planned programme of works\. • Provision of annual asbestos awareness training in two half day training sessions for relevant staff\. • Re-inspection surveys of asbestos containing materials in domestic and commercial properties\.
