NENC ICS Smokefree Strategic NHS Manager and Smokefree Deliverables

Durham County Council holds the budget for the regional Integrated Care System (ICS) Population Health and Prevention Board (PHPB) The board has approved continuation funding for the post of Smokefree Strategic NHS Manager and deliverables of this post. This post is hosted by County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust (CDDFT) within the Fresh and Balance Service. The post has also been re-banded from NHS Agenda for Change Band 8a to a Band 8b. The request includes funding for additional costs associated with this and to carry out tobacco-related activity to support discharge pathways out of hospital.
