## Description

The main aim of the service is to deliver a fully managed apprenticeship levy transfer online platform, including project management and co-ordination support which supports GM businesses to maximise the use of Apprenticeship Levy funding in the city region to increase skills for the future across key sectors\.\\r \\r The portal should create as simple a process as possible for both parties to ensure maximum levy investment is retained in GM and where necessary, non-levy paying organisations have no training cost\. Therefore GM, seeks to commission a 'matchmaking' service that ensures as many levy payers \(public and private sector\) as possible transfer unspent funds to non-levy payers negating the need for them to pay the 10% co-investment\\r \\r For more information on this opportunity please visit The Chest at www\.the-chest\.org\.uk\.
