The Police and Crime Commissioner for Hampshire and Isle of Wight - Restack of EPIC to Create Contact Management Centre

Description

The scheme comprises the removal of two internal, non-loadbearing partitions, to create a larger, open-plan office area for the new Contact Management Centre facility. In addition, a new corridor partition and internal access door will be erected. Mechanical alterations include the provision of new air-conditioning to the space and alterations to the existing fresh air intake system. Electrically, existing lights will be collated and switched together, with new power and data provided (extended from the existing) to suit the new layout. The main station will remain operational throughout the course of the works. The area of the refurbishment proposals will be completely vacated.
