## Description

The BFI's property at 21 Stephen Street, a BFI freehold, presents an opportunity to generate new income by letting 2 of the 5 floors commercially\. To enable this amount of space to be released, the BFI team will consolidate onto 3 floors by developing new \('agile'\) ways of working in the available footprint using new support tools, systems and technology\. Our overall intention is to create a more flexible and productive work place\. In order to achieve this we need to move away from our current PC desktop computing to mobile devices based on window 10 & chrome OS technology and we will purchase a total of approximately 280 devices\.
