## Description

Crowborough Town Council manages and maintains five playground sites across Crowborough\. At our Wolfe Recreation ground we have a large open space for residents to enjoy, along with local football and cricket teams playing on a weekly basis\. The site also hosts a playground and outdoor gym\. Wolfe Recreation Ground is home to our Cricket Pavilion and works yard for our in-house ground's maintenance team\. The site is well used by residents and the tennis courts are used daily\. The current condition of the courts has slowly deteriorated, and they are now in need of refurbishment\. The invitation to tender includes providing three quotes for differing levels of repair work as described in the works specification\. Potential contractors must complete a quotation for each quote\. Councillors will then decide on what level of work they would like carried out\. Crowborough Town Council intends to enter into a contract with a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake this project\.
