## Description

The Sports Council Trust Company \(SCTC\), which is a registered charity, is a subsidiary of Sport England, an arm's length body sponsored by the Department of Digital, Culture, Media & Sport \(DCMS\)\. SCTC holds a number of assets on behalf of Sport England, in respect of four National Sports Centres is seeking to appoint a Provider for the external asset valuation of its land and buildings over a five-year period commencing September 2018
