## Description

The Department requires Parliamentary Agent advice and support to enable the completion of a number of activities which are essential for the successful implementation of the High Speed Rail \(London-West Midlands\) Act 2017\. These include the completion of complex agreements with stakeholders, monitoring compliance with nearly 4,500 Undertakings & Assurances, and the production of various deliverables required by the Act that will enable the full implementation of its powers \(such as the production of covenants and guidance documents\)\.
