New Model Designs for Schools

Description

The New Model Designs project will create three digital model school designs. The three designs will be a primary school, a secondary school and a SEND school. The project will demonstrate the department's approach to Platform through standardisation and establish model design for each respective school type, leading to efficiencies of space, programme time for design and adaptability for future use. This project will deliver 3D BIM models for each school type. Once completed the DfE will be able to provide contractors with structural and building system agnostic model designs aligned to the new school building.
