\*This contract has been amended due to an incorrect contract end date within the contract\. The correct end date of this contract is the 31st March 2025\. This notice has been amended to reflect this correct\. Services required to design and issue a survey to a set group of individuals, to hear their views on current practice of Post Office Ltd in specific areas to do with the Horizon IT System and associated processes\. This was tendered through the Research and Insights DPS\.
