Prima Group - Kitchen and Bathroom Renewals - AWARD

Prima wish to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake kitchen and bathroom renewals in Prima Wirral properties, plus a number of boiler replacements. Full details related to the scope of services to be procured are included within Document B - Tender Requirements and Specification.

It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of two years, extendable for a further term of two years via annual extensions. Any extension will be at the discretion of Prima.

The estimated contract value is c. £665k (exc VAT) per annum, however this is subject to amendment based on individual property surveys.

Prima will utilise a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 with amendments, as detailed within Document E1 and Document E2.
