## Description

Prima wish to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake kitchen and bathroom renewals in Prima Wirral properties, plus a number of boiler replacements\. Full details related to the scope of services to be procured are included within Document B - Tender Requirements and Specification\. It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of two years, extendable for a further term of two years via annual extensions\. Any extension will be at the discretion of Prima\. The estimated contract value is c\. £665k \(exc VAT\) per annum, however this is subject to amendment based on individual property surveys\. Prima will utilise a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 with amendments, as detailed within Document E1 and Document E2\.
