## Description

The requirements of the service are to make all necessary arrangements for the collection, transportation processing, recycling and treatment of the materials collected for recycling by the council\. This will include but not be limited to the following requirements: ? Collection of materials from the council's Waste Transfer Station, located in Witney\. within or in the vicinity of West Oxfordshire\. ? Haulage of materials to a suitable processing facility \(e\.g\. Materials Recycling Facility\) for sorting and separation\. ? Making arrangements for the marketing, recycling/re-processing of all materials ? Management of non-recyclable materials \(rejects\) ?
