## Description

The Department for Transport \(the Client\)is looking to advice and assurance to support the successful delivery of the outcomes and benefits of programmes within the rail infrastructure enhancements portfolio\. The requirement is with the West team in the NetworkServices Directorate\(NSD\), which have responsibility for the oversight of a number of infrastructure programmes within a portfolio of rail enhancements\.
