## Description

The City of Liverpool College has 5 College centres in Liverpool\. The Arts Centre building has a failed main passenger lift that requires a replacement, the details are as follows: REQUIREMENT: \*Fire evacuation lift with external override function when in fire conditions \*Open protocol system \*To run on mains power \*Generator back-up CURRENT LIFT INFORMATION: \*1000kg \*13 passengers \*Passenger lift with fire evacuation function \*Number of floors and landing openings - 4 \*Release key - Euro \*Rope length - 40 metres \*Current lift has an autodialler fitted within the cart that is run off a sim card\. A site visit can be arranged for the end of this week \(Friday 13th December - time to be advised but prior to 4\.30pm\)\.
