## Description

Refurbishment of c\. 20 large windows at the Basset Centre in Camborne, Cornwall \(total area of windows to be refurbished is approximately 120m2\)\. The windows are a mix of timber sash and ironwork in stone mullions and are in a poor state from lack of maintenance and improper historic repair techniques\. A full schedule of repairs is to be identified in a detailed programme to allow a sequenced decant of occupants in the rooms affected\. This programme is to be agreed with the Supervisor prior to commencement\.
