Description

The refurbishment involves the addition new partition walls and new doors. The existing shelving ceiling tiles and finishes are to be removed, with painting, decorating and new flooring provided. There is to be new power/data provision and new lighting. Due to the sensitive nature of the facility, works will need to be completed in stages and the supplier must give due regard to phasing works, including separating works on ground and first floors.
