## Description

The Works comprise the provision of a Contractor Designed classroom block comprising two classrooms, toilets \(including a disabled persons toilet\), entrance area and stores, together with associated alterations to external works including demolition of an existing classroom building\. It is the intention that the Council award a contract for this requirement to a single supplier\.
