## Description

The study will provide a planning and delivery model feasibility study for the development and demonstrate the business case to help attract future investment\. Specifically, the study will contain: • an options appraisal, which outlines the optimal layout for the proposed development • detailed development plans for the optimal option \(including technical drawings\), specifications and design guidelines that can be included in a future planning application • a detailed economic appraisal for the optimal option, outlining all costs and expected returns over the whole life of the development, \(on which to base any future investment decisions\) • a delivery model that outlines what is required to run the site for the whole life of the development
