## Description

The Military Court Service \(MCS\) has a statutory responsibility to ensure that appropriate records are made of Service Justice proceedings, this is achieved using in-house Digital Audio Recording \(DAR\) equipment\. The Authority has a requirement for transcriptions of Service Court proceedings; this includes Courts Martial, Service Civilian Courts, Summary Appeal Courts and other Judicial Hearings\.
