## Description

The SE Region currently includes 3 tunnels and a complex number of ITS systems\. In addition, several innovation projects are being delivered within the SE Region on behalf of the national business\. Due to a number of ongoing projects, business change activities and new requirements - technical support services are required to provide specialist guidance, support the delivery of projects and ensure timely completion to programme\.
