GB-London: Interim and long-term targets to deliver rail decarbonisation (T1198)

Description

The project will develop guidance on the best pathways to achieve the specified long-term targets (the TDP gross zero emissions target and the CCC Further Ambitions contributions to net zero residual emissions scenario, or any other target(s) that may be specified under the TDP.) There are three main objectives which will be delivered in three respective work packages: •To define and develop an approach for target-setting (WP1) •To set and recommend how to apply targets (WP2) •To set out processes for implementing and managing targets (WP3) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
