## Description

Winchester City Council is seeking a consultant to undertake an end to end process of enforcement action at Carousel Park, which is situated on the north-west side of the A33 \(Basingstoke Road\), Micheldever, Hampshire \. Planning permission was granted \(02/01022/FUL\) on 2nd October 2003 for the change of use of agricultural land to a travelling showpeoples' site\. The appointed consultant will deal with all breaches of planning control and ensuring compliance with conditions attached to the planning permission granted in 2003\.
