TWBC Replacement Microphones

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (TWBC) is looking to replace the outdated microphone facilities for the Council Chamber and Committee Room A at its Town Hall facility. For each room, we are looking at providing a wireless replacement system designed to be used in one location with a centrally installed control and interface unit capable of integrating with the existing speaker system and audio visual equipment for recording etc. Key Dates & Timeline for Procurement Tender release: Tuesday 20th August 2019 Expression of Interest Deadline: 12:00pm Tuesday 10th September 2019 Deadline for submission of completed tenders: 12:00pm Tuesday 17th September 2019 Evaluation: by Friday 20th September 2019 Interviews: Friday 27th September 2019 Appointment of contractor: w/c Monday 30th September 2019
