Description

Purchase of 'Biostat RM 20/50L' and 'Twin Vessel 2L', plus installation, Site Acceptance testing at the new Gene Therapy Innovation and Manufacturing Centre in Sheffield. The intention to award a contract as a 'Negotiated Procedure without a prior call for competition' was previously published as a Voluntary ex ante transparency notice (Notice Reference: 2021/S 000-31496) on 16/12/2021 and contract award notice (publication reference: 2022/S 000-020442) on 27/07/2022. Regulation 32 of PCR 2015 was applied as in 32. (2) (b) (ii) and 32. (5) (a).
