The following building to be supplied and installed at the Kenwyn Hill Playing Field\. 80 ft x 25ft Steel frames building to be divided into half, with Wooden clad sides 6 by 1 tantalised timber and Apex roof with 120mm insulated sheeting with skylights\. Changing facilities One end for football changing facilities power floated concrete floor, left blank for future kitting out\. With windows an 2 doors\. Storage facilities Other half as storage space with tamped concrete floor\. With enclosed sides and large door way 4\.5 m high by 3\.5 m wide, one end\. And pedestrian side door\.
