The Council is looking for providers to deliver the Making Connections Walsall Programme\. The MCW programme is about tackling loneliness and social isolation, improve wellbeing and reduce preventable health and social care service usage\. It will take a Social Prescribing approach to improve the social connectedness of older people across Walsall\. The programme will also support residents who are affected by Covid-19\.
