## Description

The Provider shall provide Brighton and Hove City Council \('The Council'\) with a Cloud-Based Debt Management System \('The System'\) which shall ensure the efficient oversight of outstanding Corporate Debt and cost effective management and recovery of the Debt Portfolio\. This includes enforcement procedures\.
