Description
The University of Leicester is seeking fee proposals from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors concerning the refurbishment and alternations required to create an outstanding Business Innovation Hub. The contract is partly funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The contract is due to start in March 2018 with completion of the works by end June 2018. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
