Rail North Long -Term Rail Strategy Metrics

To collate the necessary data required to enable Rail North to produce an update report to show progress against the targets set in the Long-Term Rail Strategy (LTRS) , in order to show how the rail network is performing against the objectives set for it in the LTRS. This commission will produce the first such report, but it is intended that this will be done on an annual basis with consistent data enabling comparisons to be drawn.
