Priority Schools Building Programme Phase 2 (PSBP2) - 2nd Tranche of Technical Advisory Services

Provision of technical advisory services to deliver the remaining projects of the (now) 278 schools in the Priority Schools Building Programme Phase 2 (PSPB2) that will be centrally delivered by the EFA. The services required are Parts A and B: feasibility stage and procurement stage. The delivery of the centrally-delivered projects will be phased and this appointment is to cover (between the appointed Consultants) up to 90 schools. It is intended to allocate and start the Feasibility Study on these projects during the financial years 2016-17 to 2019-20 and they are generally expected to reach contract award between 2017 and 2021.
