delivery of energy efficiency works at 5 - 7 Belsize Grove aimed at improving the efficiency of the building\. Belsize Grove is 1 site made up of 58 dwellings and is to be funded through the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund 1 \(SHDF\)\. Measures to be implemented may include: • Triple / double / secondary glazed windows • A combination of floor, roof, cavity, internal and external wall insulation • Air Source Heat Pump \(ASHP\), new radiators and related pipework • Solar panels • Mechanical ventilation • Insulated doors\.
