Quotations are invited in respect of the Provision of Performance Management Software as detailed in the "Statement of Requirement" section below but in summary: 1\.A unified, configurable on-line system that gives managers and staff an efficient and effective way to manage and track performance that includes; setting defined performance and development goals, accessing and rating them throughout the year with the ability to update and provide instant feedback and real time data\. A system that aligns objectives and organisations goals, incorporates our values & behavioural competencies and personal development planning, 2\.A system that incorporates training management software to enable scheduling of classroom led courses, self-service course bookings, waiting lists and provides communications to delegates\. 3\.The potential, if required, to enable workforce planning and talent identification/management\. \(This is not a requirement but additional functionality we may want to use in the future\) Please apply through the South East Business Portal, reference DN311064
