TC042 - Minor Housing Adaptations to Promote Independent Living

Bolton Council through the Independent Living Service and the Integrated Community Equipment Store, have the duty to provide modifications adaptations costing less than 1000 that enable people with disabilities to live independently at home. The Independent Living Service requires a provider to fit and install a range of modifications both inside and outside the home as identified trusted assessors to meet individuals needs.
