Sunderland City Council on behalf of the North East Local Enterprise Partnership \(North East LEP\) / NECA is seeking to establish a sole-supplier framework in relation to the recruitment of Non-Executive Members and External Advisors to the North East Local Enterprise Partnership Board, Sub-Boards and Advisory Boards, which may be called-off as and when required\.
