The Works are for the survey and design for the refurbishment and alteration of works to schools, Council buildings, Homes as required, which may include, classrooms, kitchens, WC's, roofs, FRA works and external works and the full or partial renewal of electrical and gas heating installations and all associated works to occupied or void buildings\.
