Community hubs Development Support

The Council is seeking to engage a supplier for the Community hubs Development support. We are looking to commission a consultant (or consultants) to support this work in the following ways: - Analysis of baseline data and support with identifying key priorities and solutions - Research and analysis of different service delivery models for libraries and community hub type services - Support to develop a stakeholder engagement framework - Development and facilitation of engagement and co-design workshops and focus groups with key stakeholders and residents - Identify alternative service delivery models to prototype and make recommendations on best approaches - Establish evaluation frameworks and report back on prototype and pilot stage impacts, viability and mitigations - Report on and make recommendations for scaling up pilot programmes across the borough into a viable model where relevant - Report on and make recommendations on legally compliant public consultation
