Live Labs - Linking Asset Condition to a Carbon Reduction Lifecycle for optionee

Description

As part of our Live Labs project we have identified a gap in the available LCC asset condition survey information. As a consequence our optioneering tool also has some gaps . We propose to procure a package of activity to develop a carbon module (known as Infracare) which will allow the scheme level optioneering, with a view to exploring how this can inform long term asset management.
