## Description

As part of our Live Labs project we have identified a gap in the available LCC asset condition survey information\. As a consequence our optioneering tool also has some gaps \. We propose to procure a package of activity to develop a carbon module \(known as Infracare\) which will allow the scheme level optioneering, with a view to exploring how this can inform long term asset management\.
