Homes England required to appoint a Monitoring Surveying Firm \(MS\) from it's National Development Monitoring and Management Services Framework Panel\. The appointed MS is Rider Levett Bucknall UK Ltd\. Their work will include providing initial due diligence and ongoing monitoring of the residential development works\.
